Youth Ventures is ready for another busy summer. The office is open and ready to help talented young people from Lodge Bay – Cartwright start and operate successful businesses.
STUDENTS – are you interested in making your own money, deciding on your own working hours, and simply being your own boss? If any of this applies to you then Youth Ventures is the program for you! The program can help you with ideas, advertising, financing, production, business cards and much more!
PARENTS/GUARDIANS – are you sick of complaining young people, do you constantly sputter about how lazy young people are this day in age or are you just a supportive parent/guardian who wants the best for the young people in your household and community? If you answered yes to any of these questions then start encouraging the young people to get involved by contacting their Youth Ventures Regional Coordinator.

Presentations have been completed in the majority of the schools in Zone 4 to promote and publicize the great opportunities the Youth Ventures Program has to offer.

The Youth Ventures Program provides excellent support to young people wishing to explore the opportunities for small business.
Start Date: July 11, 2011
Salary: $13.00 hour
The Youth Ventures Coordinator must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle to conduct weekly activities throughout the region. The office of the Youth Ventures Coordinator will be discussed in consultation with the successful applicant.
